I provide expert personal training and coaching and I am based out of the best functional strength training facility in the North East FSI Gym.
I cater to seasoned strength athletes looking to improve their competition performance right the way through to people who have never lifted a weight before and are just looking to get fitter, stronger and healthier.
All of my coaching is bespoke to you and you alone, no copy and paste jobs here! From rock climbers to Newcastles Strongest women to engineers working night shifts trying to work out how and when to fit their training around their schedules I have you covered. I am very passionate about building the community within the team as opposed to just getting people through the door. To help build this team atmosphere we do have a dedicated WhatsApp group for everyone to share the successes but also have a laugh and get to know each other. The occasional night out has also occurred but the less said about them on a public forum the better! 😉
In terms of the coaching itself the majority of my sessions are anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes depending on what the goal is. I never back PT clients back to back every hour as i want to make sure that we get through your entire session without feeling rushed
Strength Training:
Lets hit some big numbers! I specialise in strength training and through a mix of studying and practical learning (on myself mostly!) i know how to get people strong. I have trained myself to a point i now compete at the opens level of Strongman and i have numerous strongmen and women who have performed brilliantly over the years with numerous podium finishes and all far stronger now than they where when they started with me. To be clear strength coaching is also not just competitive strongmen, i train a number of men and women who just want to be generally stronger in their day to day lives
Weight Loss:
I come from a bodybuilding background long before my strongman journey began and i understand the process of losing fat while trying to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. I can help guide you through your weightloss journey and help with more than just the training aspect but also the diet and lifestyle options to help make sure you succeed
